We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Streamline is a workflow optimization platform that helps businesses document, analyze, and improve their operational processes. The Service includes AI-powered analysis, process documentation tools, and reporting features. Features may vary by subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Streamline offers various subscription plans:

• Free Trial: 14-day trial with limited AI extractions, no credit card required
• Paid Plans: Monthly or annual subscriptions with varying features and limits
• Custom Plans: Enterprise solutions with custom pricing and features

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Fair Access Promise

In accordance with our commitment to fair access:

• You retain ownership of all content you create in Streamline
• If you cancel your subscription, you can still view and export your processes
• We will never delete your data as punishment for canceling
• The only limitation after cancellation is access to new AI extractions beyond the free tier

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create in Streamline. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Our Property: The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Streamline and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our AI features provide suggestions and analysis based on your input. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided "as is" without guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI recommendations before implementation. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI analysis.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or achieve particular results. You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Streamline, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By You: Cancel your subscription through your account settings
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but your access to view and export your content continues per our Fair Access Promise.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
